The SX-L1053 filter efficiency test bench is suitable for testing the efficiency of 95%-99.99% grade filter media and testing the filter material according to the international standard. The design structure of the test table is compact and portable, and in the process of testing, it only needs to provide the appropriate supply of power and compressed air (no water, no oil), suitable for use in the laboratory, factory and other occasions.
In the filter paper test, the particle counting method is used to measure the diameter efficiency. Monodisperse aerosol is recommended in the experiment. The measurement of pressure drop should be carried out at the specified filter rate.
The filter paper is fixed on the fixture, and the test air volume corresponds to the required filtration rate. The aerosol generated by the aerosol generator is adjusted and then electrostatic neutralized (PSL), and then mixed with the filtered test air, and then into the test area through the filter material.
To measure efficiency, an air diverge is carried out upstream and downstream of the filter material. The particle counting instrument is used to measure the counting concentration of particles in the sampling airstream, and the efficiency is obtained through the ratio of upstream to downstream.
